Comprises an aluminum track supported by a metal rod on a stable base with level adjuster knobs. A vertical scale helps in holding the height of the release of projecting ball through a solenoid. The instrument allows metallic balls to be launched at different horizontal speeds depending upon the height of release of balls and timing its travel using photogate system. This allows investigation into a number of different aspects of energy and momentum studies.
