For investigation into the concept of moments, principle of lever and balances by a group of upto 8 students using the items included in the kit. Comprises five wooden beams of size about 600×44×3mm marked every 38mm and a groove on the opposite surface across its center that acts as a fulcrum point. The wooden beam is accurately balanced when its fulcrum point is located on any of the 4 fulcrums included. Supplied complete with 40 metal blanks of about 25mm square.
