Comprises an integrated wooden double wheel of diameters 150 and 50mm, with their centers on same axis and having with flat-bottomed grooves for winding of cord. The wheel is pivoted axially on a spindle diameter about 10mm for mounting the apparatus to a suitable retort stand using a clamp. Includes two hooks for suspending masses and about 6m length of whipcord. Supplied without masses.
