To show the convection currents in a heated liquid. Comprises a rectangular borosilicate glass tube of about 20mm OD with funnel shaped outlet for filling it with water or any other liquid. Its gentle heating produces convection current which can be clearly observed by inserting small amount of dye or any other indicator in it.
