What are your activities? Whether you are a manufacturer or a trader? 
We are actual manufacturers of a wide range of scientific and laboratory instruments for schools, colleges and universities etc. Good number ancillary units are also attached with us who are specialists of their products. They have rich experience of the trade. We do have an assembly section for many items.

Can you quote or manufacture instruments which are not listed on your website?
Yes, we do quote for or manufacture for items as per your specifications and design, not listed on our website.

What is the minimum order that we can place?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least USD 500.00. However, we understand that customer needs to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. Samples against cost are available on request.

What are your payment terms?
All payment should be made in US dollar, unless otherwise specified in the quotation sent. We give the following options for payment:

Full Advance Payment: This method is most convenient for small orders as it minimizes charges involved in other methods of payment. You may send payment by telegraphic transfer or Wire Transfer to our Bankers under intimation to us.

Part payment in Advance: For Larger orders, we expect that you send 40% value in advance balance payment is payable against delivery of documents through your bank. This method involves Bank Charges which are payable by the customer.

Letter of Credit: We expect Sight Letter of Credit against bulk orders. This method involves considerable Bank charges. All Bank Charges as per the terms of Letter of Credit must be in account of buyer. 

Please give some information on Shipping mode and charges?
Normal mode of shipments is - “Sea Freight” and “Air Freight”. However we also use Air Parcel Courier, etc. upon special request from customers. It is your option to ask for prices inclusive of shipping costs or we can send goods on “Freight Pay basis”. The shipping charges vary accordingly to the size of shipment, destination and Mode of dispatch rates are quoted if you inform us the exact quantity, destination and mode of dispatch preferred.

How can I get the quote?

How do you pack material?
Each item is packed in polythene bag or bubble pack and put in a sturdy card board box and then finally placed in air/sea worthy wooden cases/cartoons. Inside the wooden boxes, polythene lining is provided. All cartoons are covered with poly film for dampness protection and cartoons are very strong fully stripped from all sides. Sufficient cushioning is filled wherever required to save from any breakage.

Do you have ISO Certificate?
Yes. At present we do not have ISO Certificate but we are working on it, which we will get soon.

What is shipping time?
It normally takes 2-12 weeks depending on the value and nature of indent from the date of receipt of the confirmed order and operative L/C in our hand.
